How long have you been playing derby?

3 months!

What made you start derby?

I've always meant to try derby in general but I saw tickets on Groupon to a game. I went and watched and it kicked my butt into gear to actually come out and try.

What is your day job?

I am currently a student engineer on a work term at EPCOR with project engineering.

How do you balance work life, home life and derby life?

As soon as I started derby I fell in love and have been jumping at every chance I get to play and watch derby.

With a busy schedule outside of derby including classes, work, and home life it does take a bit of planning and prioritizing. For example if I know I'm going to need to put in some overtime on a derby practice day I will go into work an hour early so that I can still get to practice in time.
