Juniors Practices (ages 8+)
Thursdays from October 8th to November 26th, 2026 / 6:30-8:30 pm
*Info session and gear fitting October 1 / 6:30 pm
Adult Practices
Adult session is currently scheduled for January 2027.
Details will be published once finalized.
All practices are currently held at Rollers Roller Rink,
14648 134 Ave NW, Edmonton AB
COST
$120 for the 8-week program.
RENTAL GEAR
$70 non-refundable rental fee. Gear is available on a first-come,
first-served basis and must be returned at the end of the program.
You will need to purchase a mouthguard. We suggest the
SISU Mouthguard, which is available at any sport equipment store.
Skater insurance is required in order to participate.

What comes next?
Once you have completed Rookies you can join us at our League practices. Our coaches will make sure that you are able to transition safely at your own pace into full contact practice.
What if I don't want to play full contact?
There are lots of ways to be involved in roller derby and we rely on a community of volunteers and officials! Our skating referees keep us safe on the track, and non-skating officials are trained to manage the penalty box, track scores and keep time. Officials are always welcome to hone their skills during our regular practices. Reach out if you want to be involved!
