E-Ville Roller Derby is a non-profit sports league in Edmonton, AB. During the derby season, our two teams, Adults and Juniors, practice twice a week. We gather for social events, outdoor skates, and much more throughout the year!

We host home games that the public are welcome and encouraged to attend! Our players also have the opportunity to travel for games, attend bootcamps, and volunteer with our league.

E-Ville is an inclusive team and follows the Women's Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA) 'Statement About Gender,' which means that all women, girls, gender-expansive, trans and non-binary folks can skate with us.

E-Ville Junior Roller Derby offers all kids aged 8+ the chance to participate in a fun, supportive and challenging sports environment.

EVJRD is a member of the Junior Roller Derby Association of Canada.

We're looking for a permanent home!

E-Ville Roller Derby has not had a consistent practice space since COVID-19.

We desperately need a venue where we can hold consistent practices.

As a nonprofit, volunteer-led league, we create a much-needed space for underrepresented communities to learn, play and grow.

Your support would help provide the access and tools that women, girls, and gender-expansive folks need to play sports.

Criteria for venue:

  • Concrete, wood or any solid floor in moderate condition

  • No major cracks or bumps on the floor

  • No support beams or obstructions in the centre of the space

We have a proven track record of cleanliness, communication, and respectfulness with a variety of venues, including City of Edmonton Recreation Centres.

Please contact us if you know of a space we can use: eville.venue@gmail.com
